Transfiguration offers Confirmation classes each year to adults that have been Baptized and have celebrated First Holy Eucharist in the Catholic Church.
6 sessions, with Confirmation celebrated on Pentecost.

To become Catholic, you must pursue the Order of Christian Initiation (OCI)
This is the rite of the Church by which non-Catholics become Catholic. The rite begins with an inquiry period and lasts until an individual is prepared and chooses to receive the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation).

Children’s Programs – Order of Christian Initiation for Children (OCI-C)
For students in grades 3-12 & Adults who have not been baptized OR who have been baptized but have not received formal religious education.
Learning & experiencing the Catholic faith and preparing to receive Baptism, Reconciliation, First Eucharist and Confirmation. For children, 8 years old – Grade 8, this is a two-year process.

ADULT CONFIRMATION
ADULT CONFIRMATION CLASSES
Transfiguration offers Confirmation preparation classes each year for adults who have celebrated the Sacraments of Baptism and First Holy Eucharist in the Catholic Church and who would like to celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation this year.
2024 Adult Confirmation Preparation Schedule:
Each session begins with Mass at 6:30 p.m. on Thursdays
Class Schedule: Thursdays, 7:00 p.m.- 8:30 p.m.
April 4, 11, 18, 25, May 2, 9, 16 (Rehearsal)
May 19 – Confirmation will be celebrated at Pentecost Mass
We will gather once again for reflection and sending forth on mission to the church.
