RUACH is a family model to learning and living our faith.
All of our Church documents say that PARENTS are the best and primary educators of our faith because you live our faith at home on a daily basis. Your children were entrusted to you and at their baptism, you promised to raise them to be disciples of Jesus
What is RUACH?
- RUACH (“roo-ash”) is a blended approach to religious education. Church and families work together to share our Catholic faith by empowering parents to be leaders in their children’s religious education.
How does it work?
- Families meet at home weekly for faith sharing, instruction, and service. Kids and parents attend monthly meetings at church with other RUACH families. Kids attend faith groups with other RUACH participants; the parents’ faith group provides lesson plans, support, and prayer.
CAN MY FAMILY PARTICIPATE?
RUACH is open to families with rising 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students.
