Knights Challenge 2022 Supporting the Archdiocese of Atlanta’s Seminarians
The Seminarians of the Archdiocese of Atlanta are giving their lives in service to Christ, and dedicating themselves to becoming the next generation of Priests for our church. They need our support to carry them through their time of formation. Jesus Himself needed a “Cross-Bearer” to make it to Calvary. He carried His Cross for us. We must go and do likewise.
The Knights of Columbus are getting ready to climb Kennesaw Mountain as part of their Annual “Carry the Cross” Challenge. It’s a benefit to raise money for Atlanta Seminarians studying for the priesthood. A Team of Transfiguration Knights will carry a 40-pound wooden Cross up and down the 2 Mountains for 6 miles on Nov. 5th, and you can do your part by sponsoring the Team and help the seminarians.
Contact a member of the Knights of Columbus for more information or visit their webiste at: www.kofc10362.org
The Cross that our team carries will be on display. Handouts that tells you how to participate and contribute online are available.
