It is almost time for the Transfiguration Giving Tree! The Giving Tree will soon be adorned with lots of colorful gift wish tags. Last year, three Cobb County Fire Stations were added to our list of organizations that our parishioners generously supply with Christmas gifts. We provided the firefighters with LOTS of individually wrapped, nutritious snacks that they could take with them to emergency calls when unable to sit and enjoy a meal.
The firefighters were so excited to receive the snacks and were thrilled to be included again this year. The Fire Station gift tag requests were so popular among our parishioners that we have added another fire station to our shopping list – so expect to see more YELLOW Fire Station tags.
