BABY BOTTLE BOOMERANG – February 28 through March 21. Make supporting The Hope Center a part of your
Lenten promises this season. By filling a bag, you are helping us meet the physical, emotional,
and spiritual needs of men and women who find themselves facing an unplanned pregnancy. Please pick up a
Baby Bottle Boomerang bag after Masses on February 27 – 28 to participate in our annual parish Lenten
practice. This year we encourage donations to be mailed to The Hope Center (envelope provided in the bag),
by March 21. For details and to make a donation, visit the Baby Bottle Boomerang webpage
transfiguration.com/bbb.

REFUGEE WELCOMING WEEKEND – March 14. The Holy Family was once a refugee family that resettled in a
new country due to persecution in their homeland. Today we have an opportunity to practice our faith and
assist other families who are fleeing their homeland due to war or persecution. We are blessed to serve the
refugees in our midst. Parish families are invited to bring a new or gently used household item to the Family
Life Center Parking Lot on March 14, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Our donations help the refugee
families being served through Catholic Charities Atlanta Refugee Resettlement Services.
To see a list of requested items, and for more information about this program, go to transfiguration.com/refugee

EASTER FLOWER FUND COLLECTION – Consider donating to the Easter Flower Fund as part of your Lenten
giving this season. This fund allows us to provide a beautiful altar for the Lord on Easter. Use the offertory envelope provided, or the online donations page of the website.

LENTEN REFLECTION – Tuesday, March 23, 7:00 p.m. in the Church. The Biblical Storytelling Series continues
with Ruth Elsbree’s Your Light will Rise in the Darkness presented Live in the Transfiguration sanctuary and
live streamed on transfiguration.com. Join us for an evening of Gospel stories and reflection inspired by our
traditional Lenten prayer from Isaiah. Ruth brings the story to life so we can reflect on the message of the
Lenten season. All are welcome. ( Live stream link. )

THE TRIDUUM: A SPIRITUAL JOURNEY – Thursday, March 26, 7:30 p.m. on Zoom with Terrance Glamp. The
Triduum can be likened to a three-day prayer marathon. If you are a novice or a pro, there may be some rituals
that are unfamiliar to you. Take a few moments to prepare and celebrate the living events of Holy Week.
Learn, share, and pray with others who walk the journey with Jesus. Get your invitation to this event by signing up, here.

A mask is required for all in-person events.

Parish offices remain closed to the public. Staff will be out of the office from
Thursday, April 1, through Wednesday April 7.
