Our Transfiguration family comes together once a year to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ and prepare a Christmas dinner right here on Christmas Day. We prepare a simple traditional dinner for ALL who want to attend. There are no restrictions and dinner is free.
Please share this website with anyone that may be in need of a Christmas Meal – to reserve a seat complete the form below!
If you would like to contribute to this event by cooking part of the meal, please pick up a recipe and an aluminum pan after all Masses on December 16th and 17th. Also, desserts are very welcomed. None of the food goes to waste as the remaining dishes are dropped off at a women’s shelter on Christmas Day!
ALL DISHES need to be brought to the Social Hall Kitchen Door on Christmas Eve between 11:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m. If it is not possible to bring your dish during these times please bring your dish Christmas Day at 8:00 a.m.
To volunteer with prep in the kitchen, set up, serve, clean up, and/or wash dishes please complete the form below!

Nuestra familia de la Transfiguración se reúne una vez al año para celebrar el nacimiento de nuestro Señor Jesucristo y preparar una cena de Navidad aquí mismo el día de Navidad. Preparamos una cena tradicional sencilla para TODOS los que quieran asistir. No hay restricciones y la cena es gratis.
Por favor, comparta este sitio web con cualquier persona que pueda necesitar una comida de Navidad: para reservar un asiento, visite transfiguration.com/christmasdinner y complete el formulario.
Si desea contribuir a este evento cocinando parte de la comida, recoja una receta y una sartén de aluminio después de todas las Misas del 16 y 17 de diciembre. Además, los postres son muy bienvenidos. ¡Nada de la comida se desperdicia, ya que los platos restantes se dejan en un refugio para mujeres el día de Navidad!
TODOS los PLATOS deben llevarse a la puerta de la cocina del salón social en la víspera de Navidad entre las 11:00 a.m. y la 1:00 p.m. Si no es posible traer su plato durante estos horarios, traiga su plato el día de Navidad a las 8:00 a.m.

One more thing: if you know of a family, friend, or group that might want to join us, please let them know about our dinner (they don’t have to be Transfiguration parishioners. All are welcome! Let them know they should make reservations with the form on this page. (See below)

It has been our privilege to serve Christmas Dinner at Transfiguration Catholic Church for the last few years. Dominic and I will be taking a step back in 2024 and we are looking to find a group of people to take over this worthwhile Ministry. If you are interested, it would be wonderful for you to join us this Christmas to see how the process works.
