Come as you are. Grow in faith. Walk with us.
What is our Mission:
To welcome and accompany young adults, especially those who feel distant or seek to deepen their faith by fostering a relationship with Christ through community, formation, and service. Rooted in stewardship and care for creation, we serve our parish, our community, and the world through meaningful service projects.
What is our Vision:
By 2028, the Young Adult Ministry at Transfiguration Catholic Church is a community where young adults actively live their faith, build authentic relationships, and make a visible impact through service, evangelization, and care for God’s creation.
Objectives
- Create meaningful gatherings that balance faith, fun, and community to foster authentic relationships.
- Grow in faith and formation through ongoing learning of the Gospel and Catholic teachings.
- Serve with purpose by organizing service projects that support our parish, local community, and environmental stewardship.
- Engage and welcome others by reaching out to young adults and creating an inclusive, inviting environment.
