What is our Mission:
To welcome and accompany young adults, especially those who feel distant or seek to deepen their faith by fostering a relationship with Christ through community, formation, and service. Rooted in stewardship and care for creation, we serve our parish, our community, and the world through meaningful service projects, including sustainable and “green” initiatives.

Acoger y acompañar a los jóvenes adultos, especialmente a aquellos que se sienten alejados o desean fortalecer su fe, fomentando una relación con Cristo a través de la comunidad, la formación y el servicio. Arraigados en el cuidado de la creación, servimos a nuestra parroquia, comunidad y al mundo mediante proyectos significativos, incluyendo iniciativas sostenibles y ecológicas.

By 2028, the Young Adult Ministry at Transfiguration Catholic Church will be a vibrant and inspiring example for other parishes, a community where young adults actively live their faith, build authentic relationships, and make a visible impact through service, evangelization, and care for God’s creation.

Para el año 2028, el Ministerio de Jóvenes Adultos de la Iglesia Católica de la Transfiguración será un ejemplo vivo e inspirador para otras parroquias: una comunidad donde los jóvenes adultos vivan activamente su fe, construyan relaciones auténticas y generen un impacto visible a través del servicio, la evangelización y el cuidado de la creación de Dios.
Objectives
- Create meaningful gatherings that balance faith, fun, and community to foster authentic relationships.
- Grow in faith and formation through ongoing learning of the Gospel and Catholic teachings.
- Serve with purpose by organizing service projects that support our parish, local community, and environmental stewardship.
- Engage and welcome others by reaching out to young adults and creating an inclusive, inviting environment.
