We are excited to celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates as a church family! Below are two special opportunities for students and families to celebrate this important milestone with our parish community.
Senior Night (High School Seniors) – Sunday, May 3 2026 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Family Life Center (students only please). We will celebrate during the Sunday Evening ChrisTeen Faith Formation Session at the Family Life Center. ALL seniors are welcome to celebrate on May 3rd regardless of the session that your teen attends. This gives us a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the seniors together! Baccalaureate Mass (ALL Graduates) – Sunday, May 17, 2026. We are inviting ALL graduates to participate in the Baccalaureate Mass this year – high school, 2 year college, 4 year college, master’s program, etc. If you or your child are celebrating graduation we would love you to celebrate with us during this mass. Graduates will check in, dressed in cap and gown, at the Church by 4:30 p.m. to prepare for the Baccalaureate Mass at 5:00 PM . There will be a reception after Mass in the Social Hall, we will have refreshments and cake. (please complete the registration form – link below)
Registration Form – please complete the information HERE and email both a senior picture (or nice picture) and a baby picture of your graduate. Graduate pictures will be included in the program as well as in a powerpoint that will be running in the Social Hall during the Baccalaureate Mass reception. Email your pictures to Theresa at tbrader@transfiguration.com. Forms must be complete and photos received no later than Wednesday, May 13 – This is a firm date to allow for creation of the programs and putting together the slide show.
Senior Scholarships – Please see our website HERE for the scholarships that are available. The Stephanie Randall Memorial Scholarship is due on April 21st and The Men’s Club Scholarship is due on April 26th.

Noche Senior – 3 de mayo de 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. en el Family Life Center (solo estudiantes, por favor). Celebraremos durante la sesión de fe familiar ChrisTeen del domingo por la noche. Todos los jóvenes a graduarse están invitados, independientemente de la sesión a la que asista. ¡Esto nos da una maravillosa oportunidad de celebrar juntos a los graduados! (Por favor complete el formulario de registro)
Misa de los Graduados – Domingo 17 de mayo de 2026. Este evento es para todos los alumnos de 12° grado registrados en la Parroquia, los jóvenes que estén graduándose de la universidad o haciendo su maestría, etc. Si su joven está celebrando su graduación nos gustaría que celebraran con nosotros durante esta misa. Los jóvenes de Transfiguración se presentarán vestidos con toga y birrete, en el Salón Social a las 4:30 p. m. para prepararse para la Misa de Bachillerato a las 5:00 p. m. Habrá una recepción después de la Misa este año, tendremos refrigerios y postres. (Por favor complete el formulario de registro)
Formulario de registro: complete la información AQUÍ y envíe dos fotos de su graduado tamaño billetera (una de bebe y otra actualizada). Estas fotografías estarán en exhibición en el Salón Social durante la Misa de Bachillerato. Envíe sus fotografías por correo electrónico a Theresa a tbrader@transfiguration.com.
Becas para los jóvenes a graduarse: consulte nuestro sitio web AQUÍ para ver las becas disponibles. La beca en memoria de Stephanie Randall vence el 21 de abril y la beca The Men’s Club vence el 26 de abril.
Los formularios deben estar completos y las fotos deben recibirse antes del miércoles 10 de mayo: esta es una fecha límite para permitirnos elaborar los programas y videos de la presentación.
