Mission Trip Teen Registration Form

  • All Current 8th – 12th Graders are eligible to participate.

    Date: June 23-29 Nashville or Knoxville, TN
  • Mission Trip Cost

    The total cost of the trip is estimated at $700-$800 per participant. Participation in fundraisers will help to offset some of the cost. Last year the teens worked hard to raise money for their trip. They all paid the $200 deposit and raised enough money to pay for the entire balance of the trip.
  • Cancellation/Refund Policy

    If you must cancel your reservation, the $200 deposit will NOT be refunded. If you cancel and you have paid for the trip, if your spot cannot be filled by May 1, 2024, you are responsible for the entire trip balance.
