Our Preschool Program typically begins mid-August and ends mid-May. We generally follow the Cobb Co School Calendar for all other holidays and school closings. There are a few exceptions with religious holidays and preschool early release days. We will notify you of those ahead of time on your child’s specific classroom calendar and in our weekly classroom newsletters.

Children are placed in classrooms based on their age as of September 1st, 2023.

*We do not offer “Drop In” care or make-up days.

Young Twos and Two Year Olds

Our Young Twos and True Twos class offer a fun and friendly introduction to preschool. Each class of children is staffed with a minimum of three teachers.

Young Twos (21-26 months on Sept 1st) must be walking independently. Children may only attend 2 days a week before their 2nd birthday.  *Two-year-Old Classes do NOT meet on Fridays.

Our True Twos (24-35 months) can be registered for: 3 days a week  OR days a week.   *Two-year-Old Classes do NOT meet on Fridays.

Parent will send a lunch with their child every day.

Our staff dedicates time to the development of communication skills, using new language and learning to make friends. We explore God’s world developing confidence in colors, shapes, numbers, the alphabet and exploring art and science in messy ways. Our children also learn some very simple, toddler prayers.

Children are guided through developmentally appropriate skills using Art and Craft Materials, Music and Movement, Fine Motor Manipulatives, Dramatic Play, Language and Literacy, Sensory and Cooking and Outdoor/Large Motor Play.

Three Year Olds

Our 3s are all about talking and growing.

With a classroom teacher/child ratio of 1-6 children, the 3-year-old teachers design curriculum that uses your child’s building vocabulary and their love of asking and discovering “why”?  We count and sort manipulatives and we search for letters in poetry and books. 3s ability to sit and listen for longer periods of time opens up more details of art, science, and social studies exploration.  The children learn the “Our Father” and participate in preschool-led Prayer Services.

All 3s classes are guided through developmentally appropriate skills using Art and Craft Materials, Music and Movement, Fine Motor Manipulatives, Dramatic Play, Language and Literacy, Sensory and Cooking, Beginning Spanish Vocabulary, Beginning Tracing and Letter Formation and Outdoor/Large Motor Play.

Parent will send a lunch with their child every day.

Three-Year-Old classes meet 4 days a week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
