The Ladies Auxiliary is open to those, 21 years and over, in the Transfiguration Parish Family.
We help to spread the word of God through our many charitable works in a spirit of friendship and fun.

The Prayer Gift Ministry
On Thursdays a group of ladies gather to cut, sew, iron and assemble prayer gifts that are distributed to those in need of our prayers. We meet with ChrisTeen for a cutting party several times throughout the year. They do a wonderful job cutting fabric for the ladies to assemble at a later date. Literally, Thousands of Prayer Gifts have been distributed Around The World to those in need of comfort.

Annual Used Book Sale
The Ladies collect used books from the community. In June, they sort and categorize the books and host an awesome used book sale open to the Parish and the whole community.
Rosary Making Ministry
Monthly, a group meets to make rosaries for first communicants, graduates, the military and others who request them.
Annual Spaghetti Dinner
The annual Spaghetti Dinner coincides with the used book sale and is a great way for families to enjoy a dinner out before they peruse the great book bargains.
Lenten Dinners
The Ladies team up with the Knights of Columbus to prepare and serve delicious homemade desserts at the Lenten dinners.
Ladies Night Out
Once each month the Ladies gather for an evening of socializing, refreshments and Bunko.
